This brand new channel with no reputation [music] and no existing audience managed to pull nearly a million total views in just [music] 3 months and grow past 37,000 subscribers. The most popular video on their channel reached a close to 500,000 views in 1 month. >> [music] >> And it all comes down to one angle most creators never think to use. Every video on this channel opens with the same quiet accusation. You are living wrong and it's hurting your body. >> [music] >> Just look at their titles and you'll feel it immediately.
But after that guilt lands, they offer relief. >> [music] >> It's not a new diet or a complicated routine. It already exists in the life of Jesus Christ and how he ate, [music] moved, rested and prepared his body for God's calling. So the viewer isn't being asked to learn something new. >> [music] >> They're being invited to return to something they should have never left. That's the entire formula.
Hidden mistake plus divine correction. This channel doesn't teach health. Instead, it reveals a mistake the viewer believes they're unknowingly making, then corrects it through faith. And because the solution runs through Jesus Christ rather than a trend or a technique, it feels timeless in a way no ordinary health channel can compete [music] with.
But these are all easier said than done. When I first saw this, I had no idea exactly how to create this kind of video with that same repeatable strategy. That's when I stopped guessing and spent the next 2 weeks studying the niche for 12 hours a day. I analyzed every video, broke down the structure, and focused on how the visuals were actually made. >> [music] >> That led to a clear insight.
You don't need a large team or paid tools. AI handles most of the workload. You just need the right AI tools. If the process is simple, but the output looks high-end, creators can replicate it without high costs.
So, >> [music] >> now I will break it down on how you can recreate it using free tools. If you want growth, higher paying views, and a clear direction instead of guessing, [music] this will give you a repeatable system. But wait, before we continue, I have created a full course on how to succeed on YouTube with AI. This course has everything you need to start your YouTube journey.
In my 10 years of experience, I have [music] built several channels for myself and my clients. Everything that I learned in these 10 [music] years is shared in this course. You will also get weekly group coaching calls directly with me along with a community of like-minded people where you can network and grow your business. I am offering this coaching and course at just $199 per year.
You do not need to pay any monthly fees like other YouTube gurus. And I will not upsell you with higher price programs later. You pay $199 and get access to everything for a full year. The link is in the description.
Well now, [music] grab a cup of coffee and watch this video till the end without skipping a single part. Finding the right topic isn't guesswork. It's pattern recognition. And the fastest way to train your pattern recognition [music] is to study what's already working.
Start with the reference channel. Go through their top 10 videos by views and ask yourself, "What's the fear or failure in every title?" You'll notice a formula instantly. They're not teaching health. They're exposing a mistake the viewer didn't know they were making.
That's the emotional trigger. Every title creates a small crisis, then the thumbnail and first 30 seconds promise the resolution. Now open ChatGPT and feed it those top 10 titles. Ask it to identify the emotional pattern. >> [music] >> What fear, guilt, or desire each title activates.
This trains your eye faster than reading about it. You're not using AI to generate ideas yet. >> [music] >> You're using it to decode why existing ideas worked. Once you see the pattern, go to Reddit. Search your niche plus words like struggling, why does, or I can't seem to.
These threads are people publicly confessing a problem they'd pay to solve. >> [music] >> Screenshot the ones that show up repeatedly. Those are your topics. Not because AI told you, because real people told you in their own [music] words on their own time. Now come back to ChatGPT with those real problems and ask it to frame each one as a title using the hidden mistake structure.
You're not asking AI to invent. You're asking it to package something already validated. Pick the idea that sits at the intersection of a pattern the reference channel has proven works and a real struggle you found in the wild. That's an outlier idea.
However, for now I am picking this idea generated by ChatGPT as an example and moving to the next step, script writing. The script is where most creators lose simply because they don't understand what a YouTube script actually needs to do. It's not a blog post read aloud. >> [music] >> It has four jobs. Hook attention in 30 seconds, create a reason to keep watching, deliver value in a way that feels personal, and end with momentum.
What makes the problem even worse are the AI tools. Most AI tools don't understand the YouTube strategies by default. You have to spend time training them, correcting them, reprompting them. And by the time the script is usable, your day is gone.
That's why I use Dub Dub for scripting. Unlike general AI tools, it's built specifically for video creators. So it already understands pacing, hooks, and retention. You don't have to teach it.
Open Dub Dub, hit AI writing, select YouTube, then video script, drop your topic in, and it generates a full structured script in seconds. On top of that, it comes with visual cues and transition suggestions built in. Once you have the draft, read it out loud. If you stumble over a line, cut it.
If a section feels like a detour, it [music] is. Remove those parts mercilessly. Every line should either raise a question in the viewer's mind or answer one they already have. If it does neither, it doesn't belong.
A tight script built this way will always perform well because length doesn't hold attention. Tension does. Since we are already in Dub Dub, we will create the voiceover also from the script that it has generated. This is easier than script writing and fun, too.
You probably know that Dub Dub was previously known for its voiceover quality, actually. So, you will see a huge library of voices. Just click on the generate AI voiceover option at the top and on the next page, click on more voiceovers. In the new window that opens, you can listen to a preview and select any voice you like.
I will go with this one, Dan Cater, as I liked his tone and delivery style a lot. I think it creates a warm, trustworthy feeling while having a confident and authoritative tone, exactly what we need for this niche. Once selected, just generate the voiceover for the entire script. You can adjust speed or pronunciation if needed and you're done.
So, now the script is done. Voiceover done. Now just move to the most fun part of the entire workflow, >> [music] >> generating the visuals. But before we do that, did you remember what kind of visuals our reference channel has?
Let's check out one more. Most of the visuals are basically static images, sometimes kept static and sometimes used with a zoom in or zoom out effect. And their audience is already loving it. Only in some cases did they use videos.
That means if we only create the AI images, that will be enough for this. But for your learning purpose, >> [music] >> I will show you how to create videos as well. So open a new chat in ChatGPT, grab the image generation prompt for my prompt doc, >> [music] >> and paste it here. Don't forget to paste your script, too, in the placeholder and then hit generate.
In a few seconds, you'll get a full set of text-to-image prompts tailored to your script, clean, consistent, [music] and ready to go. Now comes the fun part, actually building the visuals. We will use Google Flow Labs for this. Jump into settings and turn on image creation.
Set the aspect ratio to 16 by 9 since that's the correct ratio for YouTube long-form videos and finally pick the Nano Banana Pro model. That's the best image generation mode so far. The process is very simple now, but repetitive. Go back to ChatGPT, grab the first scene prompt, paste it into Flow, and hit generate.
Flow will take seconds to generate the images. >> [music] >> You see, it already looks like a proper animated scene, not some random AI mess. Now for each prompt, you have to repeat the same process. Keep going until the entire script is covered. Spoiler alert, this might feel a little boring after a point in time.
Before we move ahead, let me be very clear about one thing. Everything you are seeing in this video, you can do it yourself. That is why I'm explaining the full process openly. But I also know the reality.
Not everyone has the time. Not everyone wants to deal with tools, prompts, testing, and mistakes. And not everyone wants to wait months just to understand what actually works. When I started, I thought doing everything alone was [music] the only option.
I watched tutorials. I tested ideas. I failed more times than I can count. What slowed me down was not knowledge, it was execution.
That is why I created my done-for-you program. If you want, you can hire me and my team to create videos for you. We are already running 10 to 20 YouTube channels and AI Maskman is one of them. These are real channels, real uploads, real results.
Instead of you figuring everything out, [music] we handle the work for you. We help you choose the right niche, set up your channel properly, create videos and formats that are already proven, [music] and build a system that can scale over time. I have added a link below where you can book a free call with me. We will talk, understand your goal, and see if this makes sense for you.
No pressure, no fake promises. Now let's continue with the video. >> [music] >> So, once all the image generation is done, it's time to bring your scenes to life with animation. We will do that in the same Google Flow, but we only need to change the mode to video. This setting turns on video creation.
You have to pick frames and set the format to 16:9 again. Down below, select VO 3.1 fast. It's the cheapest and fastest option, yet it gives high-quality output. Now click the first frame, grab the image for your opening scene, and drop it in.
Then jump back to your ChatGPT session, copy the first scene's video prompt, come back to Flow, paste it [music] in, and hit generate. In less than a minute, your first scene is alive with smooth motion, clean visuals, and no drama. Next, click the first frame again and swap in your second scene image. If things start looking confusing, just follow the order of your images.
And then again, back to ChatGPT. >> [clears throat] >> Copy the second prompt, return to Flow, paste it, and hit generate again. Repeat the system until you create videos for all the images. >> [music] >> At this point, you've cracked the system. Download every video in the highest resolution possible because quality will matter a lot in the final step, which will happen in CapCut. This is where everything you built either comes together or quietly falls apart.
Open CapCut and start by dragging the voiceover into the timeline first. Zoom in and hunt down every silent gap between sentences because those dead moments bleed retention. Cut them out and pull the narration tight, but don't rush the pacing. >> [music] >> Remember, you want momentum, not breathlessness. Now drop your first visual clip under the voiceover and play.
Cut it where it matches the narration. Bring the next clip right after it and [music] repeat the process. At this point, it becomes a rhythm game. What you hear and what you see should land together, not fight each other. >> [music] >> In case you have static images, never leave them flat.
Apply a slow zoom in or zoom out to everyone. It adds a cinematic weight that makes AI images feel intentional rather than cheap. But here's the rule the reference channel follows strictly, no transitions between scenes because a hard cut keeps energy up. It feels cinematic.
But if you add transitions everywhere, it looks amateurish. >> [music] >> Instead, what our reference channel never misses is subtitles. So, that's a non-negotiable for us, too. Hit captions in CapCut, let the AI generate them, then style them bold and colorful, exactly how the reference channel runs them. Viewers in this niche often watch without sound, so the subtitles aren't decoration. >> [music] >> Think of subtitles as the second audio track.
Now everything's done. So, export the video at the highest resolution available. Any type of compression at this stage is the most expensive mistake [music] you can make for free. We will take a look at the result.
I need to tell you something important. If you follow these steps and stay consistent, you can build a solid channel even if you're starting from absolute zero. Tools will help you move faster, sure, but your understanding, creativity, [music] and execution are the real MVPs here. And one more thing, don't marry YouTube AdSense.
It's a nice partner, not your whole family. Instead, it's better to stack your income with affiliate links, digital products like guides or templates, and even done-for-you services or private coaching. That's how smart creators turn one channel into a full-blown money machine. Start your video creation journey today. >> [music] >> Everyone comes to learn something, but only 1% actually take action.
If you don't move, nothing changes. No action means no results, and this entire video ends up meaning nothing. And if this video helped you, hit like, subscribe, and drop a comment telling me which niche you want next. I actually read them, so your idea might just become the next video.
Now it's time to check out the video we created. Hey everyone, welcome back to our channel. Today we're diving into a topic that might surprise you, the hidden link between gluttony, fatigue, and what I like to call spiritual fog. You might be wondering how these concepts connect, but trust me, by the end of this video, you'll see the bigger picture.
So, grab your favorite drink, get comfortable, and let's explore this intriguing connection together. First, let's talk about gluttony. Traditionally viewed as an excessive desire for food, gluttony isn't just about overindulging during the holidays or at buffets. It can manifest in many forms, whether it's binge eating, mindless snacking, or even an unhealthy obsession with food choices.
But what's often overlooked is how this behavior affects our overall well-being. When we indulge too much, we not only burden our bodies, but also our minds. This leads us to our next point, fatigue. After a heavy meal or a day of poor eating choices, many of us experience a slump.
This fatigue can be physical, feeling sluggish and lethargic, or mental, struggling to focus or stay motivated. But why does this happen? When we eat excessively, our bodies divert energy to digest all that food, leaving us feeling tired. This fatigue can create a vicious cycle.
We might turn to more food for a quick energy boost, leading to more gluttony and deeper fatigue. It's like a hamster wheel that keeps spinning.
